I agree that the lid has a little “play” in it but it’s not a deal-killer; I just take the ring off before washing my hands.

It’s a beautiful ring and I like that the hinge was replaced with snap closure since the hinge breaks easily. However the snap closure is secure but somehow loose making it open a bit and not water proof for your lip balm inside.
Funny how after buying 4 bracelets
( I wear yellow gold or silver, depending on my mood) I now discovered that I love the rings even more. I've worn my balmy bracelets all throughout the summer because my fingers tend to get swollen in the heat sometimes and wearing rings becomes uncomfortable.
