My Palm Tree Bracelet is cute. It is hard to clasp when you don’t have help, magnets would be perfect. I did have trouble with the clasp on the lid staying closed and I wrote to customer service. They got back to me within 24 hours on how to fix it and it’s fine now. I have worn in the pool and shower with no problems. The Gulf will be the real test. Within a couple days it went for 20 dollars less then I paid and I got a credit within 24 hours of bringing this to their attention.
Lovely Bracelet just wish it was a bit larger in size for different wrists.
The balm itself is very moist and.luscious I’m very happy with the quality and price.

The bracelet itself is nice quality. A bit heavy. And very hard to hook by yourself. Magnet clasp would be great. Comes with an extra lip gloss but don’t see where you can order more.

Don't really like the actual lip balm find it quite Drying Formula. As for the bracelet I find it to come loose alot so the lip balm is open all the time I preferred a click button rather than a clasp but when in Rome.
