LOVE my ring, but...

LOVE my ring, but I have had this issue with the top not staying closed. If it get snagged on something or I waggle my hand around too much, the thing just flies open. Other than that, wonderful product and I use it daily, just wish the clasp to keep it closed was stronger or magnetic or something.

Unfortunately, I bought this ring to replace the same one that after wearing 3-4 times broke (the clasp does not secure closed so the top flips open and does not remain shut.). This new ring is disappointing in that the band is much thinner. Also the turquoise stone itself has no grain to it, whereas my first one had beautiful unique graining that makes turquoise unique. So it looks like plain turquoise color, not turquoise stone.

Underwhelmed

I bought this mostly due to the CMA name drop. We are huge country music fans and go to several festivals/concerts every year. The ring itself is fine and functional. I was just disappointed the turquoise face didn't have any character to it like the one that is pictured. I know every piece is different but I would of preferred one that had some of that lovely veining that makes turquoise beautiful.

Was broken when arrived

Took Exactly 1 month to arrive (Ordered 11/27, arrived 12/27), so keep that in mind if you need anything by a deadline as it is not fast. I was getting this as a treat for myself, so I didn't need it ASAP, but i get that we're so used to fast shipping. When it finally arrived, the lid would not stay closed and I was really bummed. Customer service was SO fast and responsive. Sadly, the size i ordered isn't available until end of Jan. it was cute and felt like it was built mostly well but sad that it took really long and arrived broken. I can update this review when/if I get a replacement and it works well.

Summary: Cute, seems to be high quality, Great customer service, very slow shipping and backlogged.
